We assume that customers have the permission to use all the copyrights necessary for reproduction of any pictures you provide (that the picture is in the public domain) and that you provide us the right to reproduce it. We assume no liability in copyright disputes.
By commissioning a painting, the customer agrees PaintingsPal may display the commissioned artwork of personal picture
(that the picture is NOT in the public domain or that you have permission to reproduce it)
on the web site unless the customer requests otherwise.
Price & Delivery
The price you will pay for the goods is the price in the email confirmation. Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
Sales Taxes
PaintingsPal.Com is not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any country. The customer is responsible for making sure all required taxes are paid. Each country manages and dictates its own policies and requirements. All terms and conditions contained in this order agreement constitutes our agreement and binding commitment with you, governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of People's Republic of China and further subject to the rules of binding arbitration.
Risk of Loss
The items purchased from our site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please review our Delivery and Shipping, which also governs your visit to our site.

Damaged or Lost Packages
